Description

UPDATE: Amendment 0001 has been posted to Solicitation W519TC25RA005 extending the closing date. Please see the attached amendment for more information. The Army Contracting Command-Rock Island (ACC-RI), on behalf of the Joint Munitions Command, hereby issues solicitation W519TC-25-R-A005 for the operation, maintenance, and modernization of the Hawthorne Army Depot (HWAD) beginning in calendar year 2026. HWAD is a Government-Owned Contractor-Operated (GOCO) facility located in Hawthorne, Nevada that provides Supply Depot Operations (SDO), including storage, receipts, and issues, as well as demilitarization of munitions. HWAD is the largest Army Depot in the Organic Industrial Base and the only GOCO with demilitarization capability. In addition to SDO and demilitarization of munitions, the operating contractor will be required to operate, maintain, and modernize equipment and facilities, as well as provide numerous base support operations (e.g., environmental, fire protection, safety, security). The closing date for Phase I proposal submission is 12:00 pm (noon) CST on 27 October 2025.When submitting questions, please submit all questions in an Excel spreadsheet and refer to the specific document of the solicitation, including solicitation section(s), page(s), and paragraph(s). All questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted to John Fotos at john.g.fotos.civ@army.mil and Ashley Korves at ashley.m.korves.civ@army.mil no later than 12:00 pm (noon) CST on 02 October 2025.
