Sources Sought for Lodging Housekeeping Services on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER), Alaska The purpose of this sources sought notice is to assist the 673d Contracting Squadron�s market research efforts to determine the presence of interested sources capable of performing Lodging Housekeeping Services as described in Attachment 1 � Draft Performance Work Statement(PWS). The North American Classification System (NAICS) code is 561210 Facilities Support Services. Interested and capable sources are invited to provide: (1)Company name and point of contact information (2)Identification of socio-economic status/business size under the applicable NAICS code (3)Information demonstrating the company's ability to perform these services (4)Examples of recent/relevant contracts and a brief description (5)Industry feedback and/or constructive comments concerning Attachment 1 � Draft PWS are highly encouraged NOTE - This is not a Request for Quote (RFQ). Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. This is not a guarantee of a future RFQ or an award. This document should not be construed as a commitment of any kind by the Government. Any information provided is voluntary. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any cost associated with responding to the request. Interested parties should respond to this notice no later than 2:00 pm (AKDT) on 15 July 2026.
