Ft Knox), 199 6th Avenue, Suite 250, Fort Knox, KY 40121-5720Product Service Code: S203, Housekeeping-Food North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code: 722310 Food Service Contractors Set-aside Status: Other Than Full and Open Competition Subject: Synopsis of Solicitation for 5BDE Camp Robinson Meals Solicitation Number: W9124D26QA223Description: This is a non-personal services contract to provide co-located meal services for 163 Cadets and 50 Cadres from 26 May 2026 until 29 May 2026 for Arkansas Camp Robinson JCLC at Camp Joseph T. Robinson. The MICC - Ft Knox intends to award a contract, on a sole source basis in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.103-1(b) (DFARS CD 2026-O0017 Revision 1), to the Arkansas National Guard MWR for the 5BDE Camp Robinson Meals to support the U.S. Army Cadet Command with a period of performance of 26 May 2026 ? 29 May 2026. The anticipated award date is 22 May 2026.This solicitation will not be available through SAM.gov. Interested parties may contact Samuel M. Henderson, Contracting Officer, and Candice M. Hodges, Contract Specialist, to request the solicitation via email. All responsible sources may submit a quote that shall be considered by the MICC - Ft Knox.
