Description

The Department of the Treasury is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit construction contractors to perform various construction, alteration, repair, and restoration work at the Main Treasury Building and its annex, the Freedman's Bank Building, as described in the attached RFP. Period of Performance: One (1) year (12 months) from the date of award, with four (4) 12-month option periods. Site Visit: March 11, 2026, at 10:00 AM Questions Due: March 13, 2026, by 5:00 PM ET Proposals Due: March 27, 2026, by 12:00 PM ET Please refer to the attached solicitation for complete details.
