Notice of Intent Solicitation #: N00173-26-NOI-MR11 Procurement Type: Commercial Date Posted: 24 June 2026 Title: 600 MHz Spectrometer System PSC: J066 NAICS Code: 334516 Response Date: 2 July 2026 Primary POC: Maribel Ramirez Description: This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. This is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available and telephone requests will not be honored. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) intends to issue a Sole Source Purchase Order to Jensen Hughes to provide the 600 MHz Spectrometer System outlined in the Attachment 1- 600 MHz Spectrometer System and also summarized in Attachment 2- Final Requirements for 600 MHz NMR Spectrometer 06122026. The proposed award is for supplies and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 13.5. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed Purchase Order based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. No reimbursement for any cost connected with providing capability information will be provided.
