Amendment 0003 is issued to make the following changes to Section B: - Removes requirements at Paragraph B.7.3.3 and B.7.3.3.1, paragraphs are now reserved. - Revises paragraph B.7.3.5 and removes subparagraphs. - Revises paragraph B.7.3.6.1 and removes subparagraphs B.7.3.6.3 � B.7.3.6.6. - Revised paragraph B.7.4.1 and adds subparagraph 7.4.1.1. - Removes requirements at B.7.6.6.2 and B.7.6.8, paragraphs are now reserved. - Revises paragraph B.20.6. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number 140D0426Q0468 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for commercial aviation services in support of the U.S. Wildland Fire Service (USWFS) for the transportation of personnel, goods, and cargo between the Contiguous U.S. (Lower 48) and Alaska, with the Contractors� primary base of operations located in Boise, Idaho. This requirement is being issued by the United States Department of the Interior (DOI), Interior Business Center (IBC), Acquisition Services Directorate (AQD) in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12. This acquisition provides full and open competition, it is not set-aside for small business concerns. The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this requirement is 481211, Nonscheduled Chartered Passenger Air Transportation. The size standard for the applicable NAICS is 1500 employees. The product service code (PSC) code is V221 Transportation/Travel/Relocation- Travel/Lodging/Recruitment Passenger Air Charter. A list of items and quantities are provided in Section A.2, Schedule of Services and Prices. The aircraft requirements are provided in Section A.1, Item Requirement and Section B, Technical Specifications. A list of solicitations provisions that apply to this acquisition are provided in Section E, Offerors Representations and Certifications. A list of contract clauses that apply to this acquisition are provided in Section C, Contract Terms and Conditions. Quotes are due no later than 4:00 PM Mountain Time, June 22, 2026. Quotes shall be emailed to Stephanie Mccullough, Contracting Officer, at stephanie_mccullough@ibc.doi.gov Questions. Questions related to this RFQ must be submitted via email to Stephanie_Mccullough@ibc.doi.gov, no later than 4:00 PM Mountain Time, May 27, 2026. All questions must be received in writing. No oral questions will be accepted. All e-mail inquiries must have Questions RFQ 140D0426Q0468 in the subject line. **Funds are not presently available for this effort. The Governments issuance of this RFQ is subject to the availability of funds and the Government reserves the right not to make an award.**
