Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division (NAWCWD), China Lake, CA intends to conduct a Requirement Briefing for an anticipated follow-on contract in support of the Aircrew Electronic Warfare Tactical Training Ranges (AEWTTR) Project Office. The AEWTTR Project Office is the System Support Activity that provides engineering expertise for the Naval Aviation Training Systems Program Management AIR (PMA 205) and Department of Defense activities supporting the training and Test & Evaluation Ranges. The anticipated scope of the requirement will cover acquisition of products and services associated with Electronic Warfare Threat Systems and Peripheral Instrumentation supporting DoD and foreign T&E and Training Ranges engaged in pre-deployment aircrew training and weapons and countermeasures development. NAWCWD is participating in the California Contracting, Acquisition, and Procurement (CCAP) Industry Day on February 4, 2026, at the Kerr McGee Center in Ridgecrest, CA https://www.eventbrite.com/e/2026-nawcwd-industry-days-expo-tickets-1420079308439?msockid=2437a0aca3636eea2977b6e3a2cd6f8d As part of this event, a breakout session will be held for the anticipated AEWTTR follow-on contract. 2026 CCAP Industry Days AEWTTR Breakout Session Details Date: February 04, 2026 Time: 1:30 � 4:00 p.m. 1:30 � 2:00 p.m. � Requirement Briefing (Open to All Parties) 2:00 � 4:00 p.m. � 15-minute one-on-one sessions with AEWTTR & Contracting Teams Interested parties who would like to request a one-on-one session are required to contact Contract Specialist Beth Steude at beth.a.steude.civ@us.navy.mil and Procuring Contracting Officer Chris Bigelow at christopher.n.bigelow.civ@us.navy.mil by Noon Pacific Time January 23, 2026 to schedule a 15-minute slot. All requests shall include the attendee's name, employer, phone number, email, and any acquisition-related questions. Confirmations and scheduled one-on-one session times will be emailed to attendees by January 28, 2026. Please note that all sessions will be unclassified. These meetings are intended to address specific questions about the anticipated requirement and are not a marketing opportunity. To assist interested parties in determining their capability to meet the requirement, the Government is providing a DRAFT of the anticipated Statement of Work.
