Description
The contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, supplies, and materials necessary to disassemble and properly remove the radio control tower and carefully disassemble antennae and associated parts of MOTUS system attached to the radio tower and at Caesar Creek Lake in Waynesville, OH. The contractors work and responsibility shall include all planning, programming, administration, management, supervision, communications, and inspection necessary to assure that all work is conducted in accordance with the contract requirements and all applicable Federal, State and Local laws and regulations. All work will be performed in strict compliance with the attached specifications and all other terms and conditions incorporated herein. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Business, NAICS 238910 (Size Determination $19M). Method of Payment under this contract will be Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to a commercial bank account specified by the Contractor. One award will be made from this Solicitation. Note: A site visit is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for the contractor to review the complexities of the work site, understand phasing requirements, verify existing conditions, and exact measurements.
