Description
Vandenberg Space Force Base (VSFB), CA has a requirment for a Powder Coating System with all necessary equipment and installation. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with part 12 of the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA461026Q0999 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a complete Powder Coating System. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at: www.acquisition.gov The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect under the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) as of the date of this solicitation. The applicable NAICS code for this acquisition is 333994, and the applicable PSC is 4940. The size standard is 500 employees. Availability of Funds: Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this acquisition and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
