Description
The Government is conducting market research to identify potential sources possessing the expertise, capabilities, and experience to fulfill repair and return requirements for the RSAF F-15 Fleet. This encompasses both classified and unclassified items that require classified testing, classified software, or have classified technical orders. The successful contractor will also be tasked with identifying and providing logistics management services to certified Sources of Repair (SORs) to sustain these critical RSAF F-15 assets. Category Requirement Details Security & Clearance the required level of security clearance is SECRET. Performance requires the knowledge, generation, and capability to store classified information and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI). Foreign participation in this requirement is not allowed. Logistics & Equipment the Contractor shall furnish all material, support equipment, tools, test equipment, and services. The Contractor must provide, maintain, and calibrate all support equipment at their facility or a subcontractor�s facility. Quality Control Contractor-furnished materials or replacement parts must equal or exceed the quality of the original material or parts. Capability Statement Submission Instructions After reading this Sources Sought Notice and reviewing the accompanying draft documents, interested contractors are requested to submit a formal Capability Statement. Your Capability Statement must explicitly address the following three areas: 1. PWS Review Please review the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and provide your detailed feedback. 2. Industrial Participation How should we address Industrial Participation (IP) in the PWS? If you believe it should not be in the PWS, please explain how we should handle it during the formal solicitation stage. 3. Turn-Around-Time (TAT)Please review the Turn-Around-Time (TAT) portion to ensure and confirm your understanding of the way TAT is to be calculated for this requirement.
