The purpose of Amendment 1 is to modify the solicitation as follows: Extension of Closing Date: to enhance competition, the closing date and time for receipt of quotes is hereby extended to May 8, 2026, at 4:00 PM EST. Site Visit: A site visit has been scheduled for May 1, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM EST. Attendance Policy: Attendance for this site visit is NOT required; it is strictly optional. Not attending does NOT eliminate a vendor from submitting a quote or being evaluated for award.
