Description

Pre-Solicitation Notice Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Lock and Control Structure Maintenance Services: Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, PLC, Machinist, Welder, Mechanic (Generator, Pump, Hydraulic, Marine, Mobile-wheel) Telecommunications, Arborary W912P826QA018 U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New Orleans District (MVN) intends to establish a BPA for maintenance services such as Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, PLC, Machinist, Welder, Mechanic (Generator, Pump, Hydraulic, Marine, Mobile-wheel) Telecommunications, Arborary for Locks and Control Structures within its area of responsibility. This requirement is being issued as 100% Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) Set Aside and is being procured as a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) under FAR Part 13.303. The Government anticipates one, 2-year Blanket Purchase Agreement from this solicitation from which future BPA call orders will be placed against. The Government reserves the right to issue more than one BPA. The BPA will have an estimated $100,000.00 purchase limitation and a $363,981.40 ceiling. The solicitation issue date is anticipated to be on or about 4 June 2026. Quotes are anticipated to be due on or about 25 June 2026. Contractors must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to receive a BPA. SAM registrations shall remain active throughout the life of the BPA.
