Description
07 July 2026- An updated Q&A has been posted. Three questions were added to the document (highlighted in green at the bottom) that were received before 29 July 2026 but were missed from our responses. Amendment 1 posted 30 June 2026- Extends proposal due date to 29 July 2026, add the Q&As, update attachment 5 (Past Performance Questionnaire), and include the TUPE information. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, containers, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform the integrated waste management services (IWMS) described in this performance work statement (PWS) at U.S. Visiting Forces (USVF) locations across the United Kingdom (U.K.). IWMS consists of solid (to include recycling), non-hazardous and hazardous liquid waste collections and removal. As of the date of this PWS, USVF locations include Royal Air Force (RAF) Lakenheath, Feltwell, Mildenhall, Alconbury, Blenheim Crescent, Croughton, Fairford, Molesworth and Welford. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract, as well as all applicable United Kingdom laws and regulations, international agreements, Status of Forces Agreements (SOFA) and appropriate Final Governing Standards (FGS) or in their absence, the Overseas Environmental Baseline Guidance Document (OEBGD).
