All questions and concerns regarding this RFQ shall be directed to the Contracting Officer.� � SCHEDULE:� This scope of work is Provide equipment, labor and technical Assistance for the purchase and replacement of one (1) loading dock leveler for warehouse. Removal and disposal of the existing pit leveler. Power wash and clean wall and floor area of pit for new dock installation. Purchase and installation of one(1) Nordock, hydraulic dock Model # NH610-40-3ph/230VAC or equivalent. Test system for proper function. Cleanup area and dispose of any debris. Proper safety precautions are adhered to. See the Statement of Work within the RFQ for further details.
