Description
The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIRSYSCOM) Program Executive Office, Unmanned Aviation and Strike Weapons, PEO(U&W), PMA-263, at Patuxent River, MD, intends to compete and award a limited source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type Delivery Order under one of the four existing Basic Ordering Agreements (BOAs) N0001926G1000, N0001926G1005, N0001926G1006, N0001926G1007 to the below vendors for the procurement of Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) Maritime Services. N0001925G1000: Insitu, Inc. (Insitu), East Columbia Way, Bingen, WA N0001926G1005: AeroVironment (AV), 900 Innovators Way, Simi Valley, CA N0001926G1006: Shield AI (Shield), 600 West Broadway, San Diego, CA N0001926G1007: Textron Systems (Textron), 124 Industry Lane, Hunt Valley, MD The delivery order will provide UAS ISR services in support of multiple combatant commands. Contractors will be responsible for resources to produce sensor data, such as trained personnel, non-developmental UAS equipment, certifications, operation and maintenance, spares and product support. Contracted services would be in direct support of ISR missions requiring around the clock imagery and other sensor capability in support of those missions. It is anticipated that these services will support domestic and coalition military partners in combat and contingency operations based on Joint Urgent Operational Needs (JUONs), Fleet Top Level Requirements (TLR), and other operational requirements documents. The anticipated period of performance begins 1 September 2026 and ends 31 January 2028. The base period is followed by 4 option periods with the final option period ending on 31 August 2031. THIS NOTICE IS PUBLISHED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. A determination by the Government to compete this procurement under the existing BOA, regardless of responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not pay for any responses received. There are no commitments by the Government to issue any solicitations, make an award or awards, or to be responsible for any monies expended by any interested parties before award of a contract for the efforts mentioned above.
