This announcement is for information and planning purposes. It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or award a contract. The California Air National Guard, 146th Airlift Wing (146th AW) Channel Islands ANG Station, Port Hueneme has a requirement entitled: 146 MXG Industrial Equipment and Furniture Moving Services. The 146th AW intends to solicit quotes in accordance with RFO FAR 12.201-1 Simplified procedures. This will be 100% set-aside for a Woman-Owned Small Business competition that is intended to result in award of one (1) firm-fixed price contract with a 14-day period of performance to occur August 2026. The general scope of services requires the Contractor to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, program management, and quality control necessary for the non-personal services of relocating, leveling, permanently affixing, and commissioning of industrial equipment from various temporary storage areas to permanent shop areas. The scope will also include movement and placement of a small amount of office furniture to permanent office space. The place of performance is the California Air National Guard Station, 146th Airlift Wing Channel Islands, 100 Mulcahey Dr, Port Hueneme, California. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 238990 Other Specialty Trade Contractors with a small business size standard of $19.0 Million. This Presolicitation Notice is not a Request for Quote (RFQ), Request for Proposal (RFP), or an Invitation for Bid (IFB). This Notice is published for this proposed action in accordance with RFO FAR 5.101(a). The 146 MXG Industrial Equipment and Furniture Moving services performance work statement will be detailed in the RFQ when distributed. Quotes will be due no less than 10 days from the date the solicitation is issued. The definitive due date and time will be stated in the solicitation and any associated amendments that may be issued. No CDs or hard copies of the solicitation will be available. Interested vendors are responsible for checking https://SAM.gov for any update(s) to this Notice.
