Description
This combined Synopsis/Solicitation is a Total Small Business Set-Aside using NAICS code 325120 Liquid Nitrogen Manufacturing, with a small business size standard of 1,200. This combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services is prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01 effective 3/13/2026. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation to be issued; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation using the Standard Form 1449 will not be issued. The combined synopsis/solicitation is for the supply, delivery and installation of Nitrogen (N2) in both cylinder and bulk liquid capacity as identified in Attachment 1 - Statement of Work (SOW). Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Closing Date: 9 April 2026 Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Closing Time: 10:00 AM Mountain Daylight Time (MDT) DEADLINE FOR QUESTIONS: Questions must be submitted to the Contract Specialist no later than 10:00 a.m. (MDT), 6 April 2026. Any questions submitted after the deadline will not be answered. All correspondence regarding this solicitation should reference: RFQ No. 140R6026Q0048 MTE Nitrogen for K2A in the subject line. ONLY ELECTRONIC QUOTATIONS will be accepted for this requirement. Quotations must be electronically delivered to the Contract Specialist identified in the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation attachment. Quotations must be in the following format: One (1) PDF document for full quote package (to include technical information, past performance, and Vendor Information/Pricing Schedule.
