Description

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has a need for end-to-end event planning and event logistics support Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide and manage the necessary activities for the Innovative Housing Showcase (Showcase), a multi-day event on the National Mall. The Showcase will feature state-of-the-art building technologies and full-size housing solutions that can make homeownership more affordable for American families. This contract includes event planning and logistics plus responsibilities for event production, media support, communications, and broader event coordination. It also gives the contractor an active role in shaping how the Showcase is presented and promoted. Please note that eligible offerors must be familiar with the NPS permitting process, have previous experience performing these services on the National Mall and be approved to perform these services on the Mall in September. If you are interested in providing a response, please submit the following: All information requested in clause 52.212-2, found on page 58 of this solicitation Event pricing worksheet found in Attachment 1 Evidence that you are able to perform the relevant services on the National Mall, including recent past performance and a reference at NPS who can confirm your eligibility. Offerors who do not provide this information shall not be considered for award. All questions are due by Close of business on Friday, April 24, 2026.
