Description
. Notice of Intent Medical Readiness Contracting Office-West intends to award a sole source contract with Agilent Technologies, Inc., an other than small business, under authority 10 USC 2304(c)(1) as implemented by RFO FAR 13.101(b). Applicable NAICS code 811210, size standard is $34,000,000. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. No requests for capability briefings will be accepted as a result of this notice and any information provided will not be used as part of any subsequent solicitation. No telephonic inquires will be honored. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract for Full Service Maintenance on Dako AutoStainer Link 48 � Slider Stainer Hematology. The Contracting Officer determined that the circumstances of the requirement deem only one source reasonably available.
