Description

U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Industry Day The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers invites you to an informal, face-to-face Industry Day to discuss the future landscape of our Operations & Maintenance (O&M) contracts. While we are incredibly proud of the high-quality work our current industry partners are executing every day, we are always looking ahead. As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, we are seeking an open dialogue with the vendor community to understand current market trends, streamline future participation, and learn how we can structure upcoming solicitations for maximum success. Event Details: Date: 15 June Time: 0900 1200 Central Time Location: 3737 Bell Road, Nashville, TN 37214 Please note: This is not a solicitation or a pre-proposal conference for a specific requirement. The entire event is a collaborative market research discussion designed for USACE to listen and learn from industry best practices. Event Focus: Our agenda is centered on a facilitated roundtable conversation where we will explore: Future Innovations & Efficiencies: How can we structure future requirements to better incorporate industry advancements, green solutions, and public safety best practices? Streamlining the Bidding Process: What feedback does industry have on our standard solicitation processes, and how can we make it easier for you to bid on future projects with confidence? Fostering Long-Term Partnerships: What best practices from the commercial sector can we adopt to build even stronger, more collaborative government-contractor relationships in our future O&M efforts? Your feedback will be instrumental in helping us shape the future of our O&M contracting process. The event will also include an optional site visit to provide real-world context for our discussion. Questions & Contact Information: If you have any questions regarding this event or would like to RSVP, please reach out to our coordination team: Samantha (Dani) Bautch: samantha.d.bautch@usace.army.mil Dean Austin: Roger.D.Austin@usace.army.mil We look forward to a productive conversation.
