FY26 Tug Boat Rental

Description

This posting is a solicitation to award a contract for a tug boat rental for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Buffalo District. The boat will be primarily used on Lake Erie from Buffalo, NY to Toledo, OH. The North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) for this effort is 532411 - Commercial Air, Rail, and Water Transportation Equipment Rental and Leasing. This will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside competitive procurement. Please be advised that this requirement may be delayed, revised, or cancelled at any time before award. If at the time of award an Offeror is not actively and successfully registered in the SAM database, the Government reserves the right to award to the next prospective Offeror.
