Description

AMENDMENT #1: Responses for all Questions and Answers are listed in the attachment. ASRC Federal Gulf State Constructors on behalf of the Government is seeking to obtain a pool of qualified Architectural and Engineering (A&E) Firms - Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) acquisition is being procured in accordance with the Brooks Act, also known as the Selection of Architects and Engineers Statute as implemented in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 36.6. Firms responding to this announcement before the closing date will be considered for selection subject to any limitations and requirements listed. All questions must be sent though email and received no later than 1 PM CST on or before May 8, 2026. Email questions to Betty Kliewer via betty.kliewer.ctr@us.af.mil. This acquisition will be procured as a Firm-Fixed Price contract, however this is NOT a request for proposals. Funds are not currently available, and the Government nor AFGSC has no obligation to reimburse a firm for any costs associated with their participation or response. This is a competitive selection in which competing Firm qualifications will be evaluated in accordance with FAR subpart 36.6 and the following information to determine the most highly qualified firms. It is the responsibility of the firms to monitor this site for additional Addendums or Amendments added to this notice. Once the most highest qualified firm has been selected, AFGSC procurement will send a Statement of Work (SOW) and a Request for Proposal will be offered. This will not be posted for solicitation again in SAM.gov. All interested Firms shall be certified and registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) before submitting their SF-330. All SF-330 Qualification need to be submitted via email to Betty Kliewer; betty.kliewer.ctr@us.af.mil on or before May 29, 2026 at 11:00 AM CST. No late entries will be considered or excepted.
