Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with RFO 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA527026QA026 is issued as a Request for Quotation. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This notice is a request for competitive quotations. Please respond to this RFQ by submitting a quote through email to Lt Rajesh Felix at e-mail rajesh.felix@us.af.mil and to Ava Sabado at e-mail ava.sabado.jp@us.af.mil NLT 1 May 2026, 11:00 AM JST. Late quotes may not be accepted; acceptance of late submissions is at the discretion of the contracting officer, IAW RFO 52.212-1. Any potential amendments will be issued in the same style as the solicitation. It is the responsibility of the offeror to confirm the arrival of quotes.
