Description
AMENDMENT 01: This solicitation is amended to change the requirement from Brand Name Only to Brand Name or Equal, and to extend the quote due date to 26 May 2026. 1. Description This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with RFO 12.202(b). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The Government intends to issue a firm-fixed-price purchase order for the required items. This solicitation is conducted using simplified procedures under RFO 12.201-1, and the Government reserves the right to award multiple contracts if deemed in its best interest. This solicitation is issued as a 100% small business set-aside. The associated NAICS Code is 332999 (All Other Miscellaneous Fabricated Metal Product Manufacturing), with a small business size standard of 750 employees. 2. Required Items 0001 12 Each, HESCO MIL 12 Barriers (or Equal Expeditionary Barrier System) (84" x 42" x 108') 0002 1 Each, HESCO 20 foot dual entrance bunker (or Equal Expeditionary Barrier System) Delivery Details Delivery Address: Cocotitl�n - Tepetlixpa, 56650 Temamatla, M�x., Mexico Delivery Date: Offerors shall propose their best delivery schedule (e.g., XX Days After Receipt of Order). The Government desires delivery within 45 days, but will evaluate proposed delivery schedules as part of the award decision. FOB Terms: FOB Destination. The Contractor is responsible for all shipping, freight forwarding, and customs clearance into Mexico. NOTE: The provided delivery address is an approximation for quoting and shipping calculation purposes. The final delivery location will be provided upon award but is guaranteed to be within a 10-mile radius of the stated location. Offerors shall formulate their FFP shipping costs based on this assumption. 3. Brand Name or Equal Salient Characteristics This requirement is being solicited as Brand Name or Equal. To be considered for award, "equal" products must meet the following salient physical, functional, or performance characteristics: Must meet or exceed the standards set forth in MIL-DTL-32488 (Expeditionary Barrier Systems). Must provide equivalent blast protection, durability, and rapid deployment capabilities. For CLIN 0001: Must match the general dimensional footprint of the MIL 12 (approximately 84" x 42" x 108'). For CLIN 0002: Must be configured as a 20-foot dual entrance bunker. 4.
