Description
The USACE - Louisville District intends to award a sole source out-of-scope contract modification to Korte-River City JV under Contract Number W912QR-22-C-0002 for the construction of a new Command Suite compliant with secure space ICD 705 requirements within Building 1600 at Scott AFB, IL. This work is considered out-of-scope because it involves additional work that was not originally scoped in the base contract. This out-of-scope modification will be issued on a sole source basis. This notice of intent is not considered a request for quotations or competitive proposals. This is a written notice to inform the public of the Government's intent to proceed with a sole source modification to Korte-River City JV under Contract W912QR-22-C-0002. Interested concerns must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the direction of the Government. Information received in response to this synopsis will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses should be emailed to the Government point of contact for this acquisition at Jessica.K.Moss@usace.army.mil no later than 27 May 2026 at 4:30 PM Eastern Time to be considered. Responses should include: 1) Company name, address, Unique Identifier Number, and point of contact name of email address. 2) Detailed information that will demonstrate that your business has the capability to provide above services.
