Description
This sources sought notice is for information and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability of qualified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses (SDVOSB) or Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB) with the capability of providing the below requirement. Respondents are not limited to SDVOSB/VOSB concerns; the Government seeks to identify ALL potentially interested sources. Responses to this synopsis will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. The VA, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10 is seeking potential Contractors capable of providing Contracted Outpatient Site of Care (i.e. CBOC) services, on behalf of the Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center. Location of CBOC: Shall be within city limits of Bedford, Indiana. Services Required: A firm that is capable of providing CBOC services including but not limited to the facility, clinical staff, administrative support, equipment and labor necessary in a clinical environment. The CBOC will provide primary care services via the patient aligned care team (PACT) model, consisting of two (2) full PACT teams (each team includes one (1) primary care provider (PCP), one (1) registered nurse (RN), one (1) licensed practical nurse (LPN), and one (1) medical support assistant (MSA)), one (1) Primary Care Mental Health Integration (PCMHI) provider, one (1) Telehealth LPN, one (1) Laboratory Technician, and one (1) Physical Therapist. This site will be classified as Primary Care CBOC. The total estimated patients assigned to this CBOC is estimated at 2,300. Period of Performance: This is a new requirement. The performance period will be a five year contract, from the date of award through five years. As we are just in the planning phase, a release date for the solicitation is unknown, but the intent is within 2-3 months. NAICS Code: 621498, All Other Outpatient Care Centers, with a business size standard of $25.5 Million. Product Service Code (PSC): Q201 Medical managed Healthcare INTERESTED PARTIES: All interested firms must be registered in SAM (System for Award Management) to be eligible for award of Government contracts. Interested parties responding to this Sources Sought request shall submit the following information: Business name, address, website, SAM Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) number, person of contact name including telephone number, and email address. Socioeconomic business status (e.g., Service Disabled Veteran-Owned, Veteran-Owned, Women-Owned, Disadvantaged Small Business, 8(a) etc.). A capability statement including a summary of previous experience providing CBOC or similar services for the Veterans Health Administration or other healthcare entities within the last three years. Provide contract number, company name, address, person of contact telephone number, email address, and value of each project. Do you intend to submit a proposal if a solicitation is issued. Responses to this market survey should be emailed to Karen.Williams4@va.gov no later than March 23, 2026 at 2:00pm Eastern Standard Time. The results of this market research will assist in the development of the requirement and the acquisition strategy (e.g. small business set-aside, full and open competition, etc.) The VA assumes no responsibility for any costs incurred associated with the preparation of responses submitted as a result of this notice.
