Basis of award is the lowest price that conforms to the requirement of the SOW. Your offer must include the following: 1. RFQ pages 1 and 3, on page 3 provide pricing per meal for individual dinner, as well as the total dollar amount for all 4391 meals during the duration of this event. 2.
