Description
The point of contact for this Request for Quotation (RFQ) is Ron Heidemann (ronald.heidemann@va.gov). This RFQ is a total set aside for small businesses. The product service code is H399 and the NAICS Code is 541350 ($11.5 Million). The Cincinnati Veterans Administration Medical Center (VAMC), Ft. Thomas, KY, has a requirement to obtain a detailed roof inspection report with an executive summary, infrared moisture survey, and annotated roof plans with areas of concern, an assessment on decking and structural framing, as well as recommendations for repairs/replacement. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered by the agency. At the time of submission of quotes, and at the time of award of any contract, the offeror must represent to the contracting officer that it is a small business eligible under this subpart, small business concern under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to the acquisition and certified Small Business listed in the SBA certification database at https://search.certifications.sba.gov. System updates may lag policy updates. The System for Award Management (SAM) may continue to require entities to complete representations based on provisions that are not included in this solicitation. Contracting officers will rely on representations from offers based on provisions in the solicitation. Entities are not required to, nor are they able to, update their entity registration to remove these representations in SAM.
