*5/13/2026 - RFQ is amended to extend the Quote due date to 12:00 PM ET, 5/22/2026. This is to allow for the time it has taken to get approvals to send out STEP files to those that requested them by the 5/11/2026 due date. *5/7/2026 - Questions and Answers are updated to include that offerors must send a separate request for STEP Files via email to lgonzales@bnl.gov by COB 5/11/2026 with RFQ 477155 in the subject line. *5/6/2026 - Updated to include Questions and Answers received. Brookhaven Science Associates, LLC (herein known as �BSA�), operator of Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL) under a Prime Contract with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) herewith solicits your quote for fabrication and delivery of machined components for CRP Patch Panels as described in Enclosure 1, Draft Contract 477155. This procurement is set aside for small business concerns. By submitting a quotation, you are certifing that you qualify as a small business concern under the U. S. Small Business Administration (SBA) size standards for NAICS Code 332710. BSA invites you to participate in accordance with the RFQ letter and all supporting enclousres and exhibits. Please ensure you download and read all documents in their entirety as they contain important information regarding what must be submitted with your quote to be deemed responsive. Any questions concerning this RFQ must be addressed via email to the attention of Lisa Gonzales at lgonzales@bnl.gov by May 6, 2026 with RFQ 477155 in the subject line.
