THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT PAY FOR ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH RESPONDING TO THIS PRESOLICITATION SYNOPSIS The Government intends to issue a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) sole source solicitation/contract to Phantom Products, Inc. (CAGE Code: 3WQN8). Phantom Products, Inc. is an authorized provider for the following requirement: Phantom AZL-15 Light Landing Zone Kit. Estimated Delivery Schedule: On or Before 15 May 2026 Anticipated Award: 27 Sept 2025 Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Contract All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
