THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A PURCHASE ORDER WITHOUT PROVIDING FOR FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION OR A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. DoWEA intends to award a Firm Fixed Price purchase order to State Educational Technology Directors Association UEI QAKDSNWZZAF3 to obtain SETDA membership in a national organization of state?level leaders focused on K�12 digital learning, education technology policy, research, and collaboration in support of DoWEA�s mission.
