Description
General intention: It is the General intention of the Perry Point VAMC Perryville, MD to services to make the following Boiler Program Development Package to assist the Perry Point VAMC in improving their boiler plant program: Create Site Specific Safety Device Testing Procedures and Documentation on high pressure and hot water boilers. Create Lock Out Tag Out Procedures/ Documentation on boilers, DA tank, condensate tank. Create Normal Operations Procedures. Create Emergency Operations Procedures. Provide Onsite Hands-on Training on the execution of new SOPs and other boiler plant related topics. Primary training focus will be on Safety Device Testing Procedures. Create a compliant boiler plant policy document. The Boiler Program Development Package will be applied to the boiler plant of building 315 Boiler House Road, Perry Point VAMC, Perryville, MD.
