Description
Field services related to maintenance testing, operational review, and modernization review to maintain reliability of the 15kV surface switchgear and emergency power transfer equipment located at the Kirtland AFB facility. Award was made on a sole source basis to the contractor due to an urgent and compelling need under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(2) implemented through [RFO] FAR 6.103-2.
