Description

Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) Columbus requires delivery of one Morse Watchman�s KeyWatcher Touch Key Cabinet. This requirement is critical for the security of government facilities. The system must provide seamless integration with the existing Lenel OnGuard access control system and support authentication via the Government Common Access Card (CAC). The ideal provider must be an authorized reseller for Morse Watchman products. The KeyWatcher Touch Key Cabinet must be meet the following minimum requirements: Hardware - Morse Watchman 120-Key KeyWatcher Touch Cabinet & Accessories System Integration - Certified for native integration with Lenel OnGuard� Access Control Regulatory Compliance - Aligns with NIST SP 800-53, 800-63-4, and CNSSI 4009-2015 Identity Management - Fully compatible with PC/SC certified smart card readers (CAC.mil) Qualified sources are invited to respond with quotes via email to Gerald Whitsett at gerald.l.whitsett.civ@mail.mil by June 15, 2026, at 1pm ET.
