Description
MCC requires a contractor to provide non-personal services for strategic communication services that will include a wide range of technical, management, coordination and analytical responsibilities. This will result in the award of a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). The due date for all questions is 02/28/2019 @ 12:00 PM Eastern TIme.
