Description
The Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Newport, RI (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to award a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF), Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), and Cost Reimbursement (CR) indefinite delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract on a sole source basis to Northrup Grumman Systems Corporation (hereafter referred to as �NGSC�). This requirement is for Submarine High Data Rate (SubHDR) Mast Motion Sensor (MMS) depot level (D-level) services, inclusive of the repair, calibration, overhaul and manufacture of long lead MMS Shop Replaceable Units (SRUs), to support the NUWCDIVNPT Code 34 SubHDR National Maintenance Center (NMC). Depot level services are required to sustain operational capability for the Fleet�s complex mast systems. This requirement is a follow-on to N66604-21-D-B000 with NGSC. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334511. The Small Business Size Standard is 1,350 employees. A Pre-Solicitation Request for Information/Synopsis for this requirement was posted on SAM.gov on 15 April 2025 under Notice ID N6660425R0411. This solicitation is not a request for competitive proposals.This proposed contract action is being processed on a sole source basis. See attached solicitation N6660426R0086 and corresponding attachments.
