Question 3: Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) Protocols Define your Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) protocols for the continuous verification, monitoring, and formal documentation of volumetric mix ratios and fluid temperatures throughout the application lifecycle. Question 4: Applicator Training and Qualifications Do your applicators possess documented, formal training (such as Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) equipment training) specifically for operating and troubleshooting plural-component spray systems? Please outline the training curriculum, the frequency of required refresher courses, the number of certified applicators currently employed at your facility, and how training records are maintained and verified.
