Description
The U.S. Army Contracting Command-New Jersey (ACC-NJ) located at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ 07806-5000, on behalf of the Project Manager Combat Ammunition Systems (PM-CAS) is issuing Solicitation W15QKN-25-R-0049 for the Manufacture and Delivery of PA154, PA157, and PA191 Metal Containers to meet the anticipated Army production requirements specified for FY24-FY28.The PA154/PA157/PA191 Metal Containers are gasket sealed rectangular metal containers that serve as the outer pack for 60mm/81mm/120mm Mortar Cartridges. The PA154 Metal Container supports the 120mm Smoke and Illum Mortar Cartridges M929/M930/M983. The PA157 Metal container supports the 81mm Smoke and Illumination Mortar Cartridges M819, M853A1, and M816. The PA191 Metal Container supports the 60mm Smoke and Illum Mortar Cartridges M722A1/M721/M767. Additionally, the PA154 holds two (2) 120mm Mortar Cartridges, the PA157 holds three (3) 81mm Mortar Cartridges, and the PA191 holds eight (8) 60mm Mortar Cartridges. The Metal Container manufacturing process consists of several operations. Container hardware (body ribs, hasps, latches, latch link retainers, and gasket retainers) and cover panels are formed via stamping of sheet steel through the use of presses and applicable dies. ***Note*** Please See Attached documents for additional information. In addition, the Solicitation due date has changed from 14 July 2025 to 28 July 2025, 1500, EST. ...................Amendment 0002 - The purpose of Amendment 0002 to Solicitation W15QKN-25-R-0049 is to Update Section L - Instructions, Conditions, and Notices to Offerors, Section L.3 - Proposal Files, Subsection c - Content Requirement, (iv) - Solicitations, Offer and Award Documents and Certifications/Representations, language from: Section J Contract Data Requirements List (DD1423) with blocks 17 and 18 completed to: Section J Contract Data Requirements List (DD1423). ...................Amendment 0003 - The purpose of Amendment 0003 to Solicitation W15QKN-25-R-0049 is to remove Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) Clause 252.204-7021, Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Requirements. This Clause will be incorporated into Contract once the publication of the final ruling has occurred, Provide Answers to Contractor Questions as an attachment, Attachment 0014 Amendment 0003 Q and A, and update Section J narrative to correspond with the Attachment List in Section J - FROM: Attachment 0013 PA154 TDP TO: Attachment 0010 PA 154 TDP, FROM: Attachment 0014 PA157 TDP TO: Attachment 0011 PA157 TDP, and FROM: Attachment 0015 PA191 TDP TO: Attachment 0012 PA191 TDP.
