Description
Amendment 0003 - This amendment publishes official government responses to all clarifying questions from the 9 June 2026 site visit and subsequent written inquiries. Incorporates an updated Attachment 2 (Pricing Schedule) to correct a formula error. Incorporates Attachment 7 (Carpet Pricing Form) for Task Order 0001, Bldg 632 Conference Room, which was previously omitted. Offeror Action Items: Review Q and A: Thoroughly review the official government responses and adjust proposals accordingly. Ensure Compliance: Verify that proposals contain all documentation required by the baseline solicitation package. Use Updated Forms: Utilize the corrected Attachment 2 and the newly provided Attachment 7 in the final submission.
