Sources Sought Synopsis for ARI-HETRA Vehicle Lift Inspection Services SUBJECT: Sources Sought Synopsis for ARI-HETRA Vehicle Lift Inspection and Certification Services, Notice ID W912JA-26-Q-1BAL THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. REQUESTS FOR A SOLICITATION WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE. 1. Introduction The USPFO-AL Purchasing and Contracting Office is releasing this Sources Sought Synopsis (SSS) in support of Market Research being conducted to identify potential sources for the procurement of annual inspection, testing, and certification services for ARI-HETRA vehicle lifts. We are seeking to determine if this procurement can be competitive or designated as a Small Business Set-Aside. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a solicitation, and it does not indicate that a contractual commitment will exist for this requirement. The government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this market research. No funds are available to pay for the information solicited. 2. Requirement Overview The government requires a qualified contractor to provide all labor, tools, and materials for the annual inspection and certification of our ARI-HETRA mobile vehicle lifts located at various locations in Alabama. The services must adhere to the American National Standards Institute (ANSI)/Automotive Lift Institute (ALI) standard ALOIM (current version) and the manufacturer's specifications. Equipment: TBD � Ari Hetra Vehicle Lifts Period of Performance: One Base Year with four (4) one-year option periods 3. NAICS Code The proposed North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 811310 (Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance), which has a corresponding size standard of $16.5 million. 4. Interested Parties The Government is interested in responses from all businesses, including Large Business, Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Businesses (8a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), HUBZone Businesses, and Women-Owned Small Businesses (WOSB). We request that interested parties respond to this notice and identify their business size status corresponding to the identified NAICS code. Additionally, please provide information on any anticipated teaming arrangements, along with a description of similar services offered to the Government and/or commercial customers within the past three years. Any responses involving teaming agreements should clearly delineate the work that will be performed by the prime contractor and the work to be performed by the teaming partners. 5.
