Description
In accordance with FAR RFO 16.507-6(3), the Government is posting this Justification for an Exception to Fair Opportunity for a logical follow-on order under a multiple-award IDIQ contract. This action supports the continued provision of the ANSYS Multi-Physics Simulation Software Suite for the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The exception is based on economy and efficiency as a logical follow-on to a previously competed order.
