Description
Program Title: Fielded Training Systems Support V (FTSS V) Submarine Contractor Maintenance Services(SubCMS)Description: The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) intends to competitively award a Cost Plus Fixed Fee Task Order under Fielded Training Systems Support (FTSS) Multiple Award Contract (MAC)V Lot 1 for SubCMS. The requirement is to provide maintenance services and material support for the Training Systems, support equipment, trainer specific facilities, Tactical Training Equipment (TTE), Trainer Peculiar Equipment (TPE), Trainer Support Gear (TSG), and Trainer Unique Equipment (TUE) in a ?ready-for-training? state. The Submarine training portfolio includes various training devices located at 6 (six) locations: NAVSUBSCOL Groton, CT; SUBLRNFAC Norfolk, VA;TRITRAFAC Kings Bay, GA; TRITRAFAC Bangor, WA (includes Bremerton, WA); SUBTRAFAC San Diego, CA (Includes North Island, CA); and NSTCP Pearl Harbor, HI (Includes Ford Island and SUBLRNCTR Det Santa Rita, Guam). The period of performance is 60 months, inclusive of a two (2) month mobilization and one (1) ten month base year with four (4) twelve(12) month period option periods. Start of contractor performance (Mobilization) is anticipated to be 01 June 2026. This effort will be awarded under FTSS V, Lot I and is limited for Lot I vendors only. The DRAFT RFP does not include the finalized Material amounts on Attachment L-2. The finalized amounts will be provided at Final RFP release.
