Description
This amendment is to respond to questions submitted and extend the close date to from July 13, 2026 to July 17, 2026 10:00am. Please acknowledge RFQ titled 0001 by signing and returning along with original document. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), VACCHCS Fresno Facilities Maintenance Service, requires a contract for industrial water treatment program. This solicitation is to provide industrial water treatement services in accordance with the attached Statement of Work, for the Veterans Affairs Central California Health Care System located in Fresno, California. NOTE 1: Offerors shall follow the submission instructions specified in Addendum to FAR Provision 52.212-1 and 52.212-2 included in this solicitation. Please submit quotes via email to derrick.hill1@va.gov by solicitation close date July 17 10:00am PST. Please ensure to complete and sign sf1449 and complete pricing schedule. Failure to follow the instructions will result in an unfavorable evaluation and may not be considered for award.
