Project Title: Repair Exterior Finishes Building 1 and OPC, at the Fresno VA Medical Center,Project Number: 570-21-108 Description: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21 is seeking vendors who can provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision required to perform building envelope repairs, glazing and roofing system repairs and replacements, vestibule renovations, and installation of new access at the Fresno VA Medical Center. Work includes exterior envelope repairs to bldg. 1 and OPC elements, such as non-abrasive cleaning, inspection, restoration of terra cotta, stucco, fenestration, and related components as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW), Drawings, and Specifications attached. The period of performance (PoP) for the base offer (scopes 1 thru 5) is 330 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed (NTP), there are three (3) add alternates which all have different individual PoPs, see SOW for information. Purpose of Amendment 0001 is to add the following to the solicitation: 1. Adds for reference Sign-in Sheet for Pre-proposal Site Visit that took place on May 6, 2026.2. Adds FAR Clause 52.222-90, Addressing DEI Discrimination by Federal Contractors (APR 2026). Purpose of Amendment 0002 is to only extend the proposal due date to Monday, June 15, 2025 at 4:30PM (PT). Purpose for Amendment 0003 is to update the solicitation: 1. due date of when proposals are due to 10:00am(PT) on June 24, 2026, 2. Add to the Government/VA s Responses to RFIs, ACM Survey, and 3.add the Davis Bacon Act Wage Determination to CA20260018 dated 5_18_2026.
