PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 7 Title:� Fire Alarm Fiber Replacement Services Location:� Carl Vinson VA Medical Center, Dublin, Georgia The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 7, intends to issue a solicitation for Fire Alarm Fiber Replacement Services� at the Carl Vinson VA Medical Center in Dublin, Georgia. This acquisition is anticipated to be conducted as a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside� using FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, in conjunction with the simplified acquisition procedures of FAR Part 13. NAICS Code:� 238210 Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors PSC:� J059 Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment Electrical and Electronic Equipment Components Small Business Size Standard:� $19.0 Million The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, transportation, tools, testing, documentation, and incidental services necessary to perform Fire Alarm Fiber Replacement Services. Period of Performance:� one hundred-eighty (180) calendar days After Receipt of Award (ARO). The Statement of Work (SOW) and all solicitation documents will be released when the solicitation is posted.� This pre-solicitation notice is for informational purposes only and is not� a request for quotations, proposals, or bids.
