Description
The Huntington District Corps of Engineers intends to procure at least two Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contracts for Fabrication for the Huntington Districts Structural Operating Equipment. The fabrication required under this contract may include, but is not limited to welding, fabricating items in accordance with drawings and specifications, cutting and drilling rubber seals, bolting members together, sandblasting and painting. The contract period(s) will be for a one-year base period with up to four additional one-year option periods. The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price contract for an amount not-to-exceed $9,000,000.00 which includes the total capacity for all combined awarded contracts. A guaranteed amount of $8,000 will be issued for each contract. The contract(s) will be awarded to the offeror(s) whose proposal conforms to the solicitation and is within a technical/price competitive range, if established, as determined by the Contracting Officer and has been evaluated as the most advantageous to the Government, all factors considered. All responsive proposals will be evaluated utilizing the following factors: Resources, Experience, Past Performance, and Price. All non-price factors, when combined, are significantly more important than price. This procurement is a 100% set?-aside for Small Business concerns. The NAICS code for this procurement is 332710, which has a size standard of 500 employees.
