REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) REPAIR SMALL ARMS RANGE BULLET TRAP: THE RESULT OF THIS PROJECT WILL BE THE FULLY FUNCTIONAL SMALL ARMS RANGE BULLET TRAP THAT MEETS OR EXCEEDS THE MANUFACTURER AND DOD STANDARDS FOR SMALL ARMS RANGE BULLET TRAPS. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE ALL PERSONNEL, EQUIPMENT, TOOLS, MATERIALS, SUPERVISION, TRANSPORTATION, COST AND OTHER ITEMS AND SERVICES NECESSARY TO COMPLETE THE WORK UNLESS EXPLICITLY STATED IN THIS STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) REFERENCE ATTACHED STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) FOR PROJECT DETAILS. WAGE DETERMINATION ATTACHED. THIS IS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. IAW FAR 36.204(B) THE MAGNITUDE OF THIS PROJECT IS BETWEEN $250,000 AND $500,000. PAYMENT, PERFORMANCE, AND BID BONDS ARE REQUIRED. AWARD WILL BE BASED ON LOWEST PRICE. A SITE VISIT WILL BE HELD ON JUNE 2, 2026 AT 10:00 AM. ATTENDEES WILL MEET AT BUILDING B645, 6001 EAST MOLLOY RD. SYRACUSE, NY 13211. ATTENDEES MUST EMAIL BRIANA MCCAFFERY AT BRIANA.MCCAFFERY@US.AF.MIL AND RICHARD PEIRSON AT RICHARD.PEIRSON@US.AF.MIL NLT 12:00 PM (NOON) ON 1 JUNE 2026. Funds are not presently available for this contract. Currently, the Government anticipates funds will become available prior to, but no later than midnight 30 Sep 2026. This action has been identified on the National Guard priority list for award if funds become available and the prices received are within an awardable range. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available. Bid guarantee required with submission of bid. **Bids required to be valid for at least 90 days. **IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE 2005 REAL ID ACT, AS OF MAY 7, 2025, INSTALLATION VISITORS WILL BE REQUIRED TO PRESENT A REAL ID COMPLIANT LICENSE/ID OR ANOTHER ACCEPTABLE FORM OF IDENTIFICATION TO ENTER DOD INSTALLATIONS. VISITORS, TO INCLUDE THOSE BEING ESCORTED BY MILITARY MEMBERS, WHO FAIL TO PRODUCE A REAL ID OR A DHS-APPROVED ALTERNATIVE AS LISTED BELOW, MAY BE DENIED INSTALLATION ACCESS. **DOD-ISSUED CACS AND DEPENDENT ID CARDS ARE CONSIDERED REAL ID COMPLIANT AND WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR THE PURPOSE OF INSTALLATION ACCESS**
