Description
The Government requests that industry provide feedback/comments on the attached draft documents, specifically, the following: --General feedback on the Evaluation Criteria --Feedback on the overall acquisition strategy of awarding to any and all Offerors who are at our MTTR of 30,000 points -- Whether the offeror would submit a proposal against the Final RFP (estimated to be released week of 9 May) based on all information received to date --What the offeror estimates their initial self-score would be --Comments on the offeror's experience with onramping/offramping procedures and which procedures have been most successful from an industry perspective. Update 11 Apr 2022: A list of questions and answers from the one-on-one opportunity has been posted. No further one-on-one opportunities are available. Further questions or feedback may be submitted to the Contracting Officer at elijah.welenc@us.af.mil. Update 11 May 2022: Updated draft documents, a list of responses to industry questions, and critical information about use of the PIEE Solicitation Module for submission of proposals have been posted. Update 24 June 2022: The Government, in response to feedback provided by industry, is making significant changes to the draft documents, and will release new draft documents as soon as they are available. Potential offerors are encouraged to continue to monitor sam.gov. The awardees on the predecessor IDIQ, A&AS IV, were as follows: CAE USA Mission Solutions, Inc. Mission Essential Group, LLC Validatek, Inc. Itility, LLC The government requests that all potential offerors stop contacting the DOCPER office regarding A&AS V. Clarification regarding documentation of SOFA status is forthcoming in the next documentation release. Update 30 June 2022: The Government changed over PCO responsibilities from Mr. Elijah A. Welenc to Capt Teresa J. Elsbree who will be the PCO moving forward. The Government has set up a new outlook Mailbox (764ESS.PK.AAS-V@us.af.mil <mailto:764ESS.PK.AAS-V@us.af.mil>) and will be requesting that all industry correspondence include this mailbox. Update 11 July 2022: The Government anticipates the release of the Draft Request for Proposal for the U-A A&AS V requirement by end of this week. The Government is pleased to offer the opportunity for One-on-One discussions starting week 29 of this month. Appointments are available beginning at 14:00h Central European Time (CET) for 50-minute sessions every hour on Tuesday 19 July, Wednesday 20 July, and Thursday 21 July 2022. Additional appointments can be made available for the following week (week 30), also on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, starting at 14:00h CET as well. Please, request an appointment in writing with a preferred date and time using 764ESS.PK.AAS-V@us.af.mil.
