VA will conduct the procurement according to a combination of FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 36C25626Q0973 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and incidentals necessary to perform comprehensive parking garage maintenance services at the SLVHCS Parking Garages. (SLVHCS) 2400 Canal St, New Orleans, LA 70119. Services include mechanical sweeping, pressure washing, parking striping, trash and debris removal, and structural member inspection and minor maintenance. All work shall be performed to ensure a clean, safe, functional, and compliant environment for Veterans, visitors, and staff. Notice of Total Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside applies to all items in this solicitation. Interested persons may submit quotes, and all eligible quotes must be received prior to the response date listed on FBO to be considered by the Government. This solicitation is 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS. The NAICS code is 238990 (Building and Property Specialty Trade Services) and the size standard is $19 million. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026 01 (03/13/2026).
