Description
We are canceling this solicitation due to substantial changes of the requirement. The 19 CES requires blinds and drapery to be installed to fully utilize the dormitory building 854 after the building has been fully renovated. Must provide and install blackout roller blinds and drapery for 85 dorm windows.
